Zero Latency VR Jax ("Zero Latency Jax," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Zero Latency venue at 8206 Philips Hwy, Unit 27, Jacksonville, FL 32256. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you visit zerolatencyjax.com, book an experience, receive our emails or texts, or interact with our ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, or TikTok.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use our site or interact with our advertising.
Information you provide:
- Name, email address, phone number, and booking details when you book an experience, a party, or an event
- Participant and waiver details you provide when booking or checking in
- Payment information, which is processed through our booking platform, ROLLER, and its payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us through our website, email, text message, or social media
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
- Pages visited, time on site, and referring website
- Cookie and pixel data from the analytics and advertising services we use, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel, plus analytics that ROLLER runs on its booking pages
- How you interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and form entries, through session recording tools
- Contact and demographic details that a visitor identification service may match to your visit (see Visitor Identification below)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process bookings and send confirmations, reminders, and visit details
- Remind you about a booking you started but did not finish, by email, or by text if you have agreed to receive texts
- Send promotional offers, event updates, and newsletters
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Improve our website, experiences, and customer service
- Measure and improve the performance of our advertising
- Comply with legal obligations
Text Messages (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages from Zero Latency VR Jax, we use your mobile number to send booking reminders, updates about your visit, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, including our booking platform and payment processor, email and text messaging tools, analytics providers, and visitor identification and session recording services
- Zero Latency Pty Ltd, the company that provides the Zero Latency games, technology, and brand, for player accounts and game data (see At the Venue below)
- Advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok, as described in Advertising and Retargeting below
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property

At the Venue: Games, Photos, and Video
When you play, the Zero Latency system records game information such as the games you play, your player name, and your scores, which may appear on scoreboards at the venue. Gameplay and player highlight videos may capture your image and voice while you play, and we may take photos or video at the venue for promotional use. Player accounts, game data, and highlight videos are handled by Zero Latency Pty Ltd under its own privacy policy at zerolatencyvr.com/en/privacy-policy. Highlight videos include other players, so we may not be able to remove a group video, and we cannot control copies that other players share.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some site features.
Advertising and Retargeting
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (including Search and YouTube), and TikTok. These companies place pixels, tags, and cookies on our website and booking pages. They collect information such as the pages you view, the experiences you look at, items added to your cart, and completed bookings, along with your IP address and device identifiers.
We use this information to show our ads to people who have visited our website or booked with us (retargeting), to find new people with similar interests, and to measure how well our ads work. When you start or complete a booking, we and our booking platform may also send booking details to these platforms, such as the experience, value, and a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address or phone number, including through server-to-server connections. Each platform uses this information under its own privacy policy.

Opting out stops personalized ads from participating companies in that browser or device. You may still see our ads that are not based on your activity.
Visitor Identification
We use a visitor identification service on our website. When you visit, this service may use cookies, device information, and its own data sources to match your visit to information about you, such as your name, email address, mailing address, or general demographic details, even if you did not submit a form.
We use this information to understand who is interested in Zero Latency VR Jax and to reach out by email or mail about our experiences, events, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not call or text people identified this way unless they have separately given us consent to do so.
To opt out of visitor identification and related outreach, email zerolatencyjax@gmail.com with the subject "Do not identify me." We will stop outreach to you and ask our provider to suppress your information.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising, email zerolatencyjax@gmail.com with the subject "Do not sell or share my information." Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control sent by your browser. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Children's Privacy
Our experiences welcome younger players, but bookings are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A parent or guardian provides any details needed for younger players. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
